Use this form to terminate a contract. You do not need to log in. We will confirm receipt by email straight away, and confirm the effective date once we have matched it to your account.

Use the address the contract is registered to where possible - it helps us identify you.

Type of termination

We confirm receipt immediately by email. Nothing is deleted automatically: we verify that the request comes from the contract holder before acting.
